Justice is the basis of judgment ... and the judiciary is the basis of justice

Justice is the basis and purpose of judgment, and it is obligatory for those who sit on the bench
To take the initiative and make an effort to enable people to obtain their usurped rights,
In this way, it reflects the image of Islam that fully adopts human issues and protects his rights and is entrusted with them,
Whether they are material or moral rights, and whether the injustice committed against him is physical or psychological injustice ?!

Justice is the basis of king or judgment, as the philosopher and sociologist Abdul Rahman bin Khaldoun says,
Who also says that injustice heralds the destruction of urbanization, and in the political sense the end of government or states,
Therefore, social justice is the political base upon which rational and well-governed political systems are based.

The judiciary is important as it is the main guarantee for respecting human rights and protecting the interests of individuals and groups
And the basic guarantee for translating the principle of the rule of law into reality, and an independent judiciary is the cornerstone
In building a state of right and law, one of the foundations necessary for the advancement of a democratic and developing society as it should be
The judge is important because of the importance of the system in which he works and in which the judge is an impenetrable barrier in the face of corruption
Despotism, without a strong judge and an independent judiciary, there will be no justice or respect for people's freedoms or consideration for their rights
Not even a real rule of law, as security will be disturbed, fear spread, and dignities degraded.

It is no wonder that you find oppressors, or hear of blood squandering or loss of rights, in any spot in the world, and perhaps more than that ugly and reprehensible.
When a society applies to the law of bullying and vulnerability, the law of the jungle, the strong, eats the weak, and it lacks the deterrent law and justice that gives everyone his right, and the boundaries between man and the other are drawn on the basis of fairness, respect and care. It is not strange to see weakness and deficiencies in the structure of positive legal legislation, bias and racism Often times, and all of this is due to the legislator who is unable to dispose of his leaky tendencies and interests, even if it is hidden, to the articles and texts of his legislation - this is on the one hand - and on the other hand, the reason is due to the nature of the positive legislation, which no matter how wide its circle is, it cannot fully surround the nature of man and his needs Always in sequence.

Promoting confidence in Islam and documenting the bonds of belonging to it depends on the procedural and practical side, because when the Muslim person sees the Islamic judiciary as his champion and a defender of his rights, his faith intensifies and his conviction and surrender increases, and at the same time, the justice of the legislation avoids the right holder falling into the wrong and forbidden when he feels despair and losing hope of achieving Hopeful and hopeful
And if the judge realizes in his inner self that he does not perform work in return for a wage or a job in return for a salary, but rather carries a sublime message of human value
He believes in it with absolute faith that transcends himself in order to compensate him morally for all the material that is withheld from him intentionally or unintentionally or given to him with scrupulousness.
And the judge must realize that he represents the justice of God Almighty on earth and always and forever remember the hadith of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
